Dukan Lake
Project: Dukan Lake City
Location: Dukan Lake Activity/commitment: It will be a leisure oriented mixed-use development which includes a mix of hotels, resorts, camps, offices, retail, residential units and entertainment facilities such as parks and hospitality with a footprint of 2,475,073 sqm. The largely undeveloped reservoir and surrounding mountainous terrain is conveniently located 55 km from Sulaymaniyah. The development aims to cater towards the local and foreign markets and provide a first-of-its kind destination in Iraq.
Mission: to grow and expand the town into a large mixed-use town/city which will have schools, hospitals, employment opportunities. -

Renewable Energy (Solar Plant) Project
Project: Solar Farm
Location: Sulaymaniyah, Iraq
Activity/commitment: It is planned to be a mega project for Electrical Power Generation using Solar Energy in the city of Sulaymaniyah,
Capacity: (150~250 MW) of electricity produced through installing Photo Voltaic (PV) Solar Panels, covering a land of approximately (2,000,000 square meters). This farm will be connected to the National Electricity Grid, and will inject approximately (440,000 MWh annually). Which is equal of supplying approximately 46,000 medium size houses with their full electricity demand.
Mission: - To contribute in fulfilling the needs of electricity in the Kurdistan Region - To support government, especially, The Ministry of Electricity, in generating power. - To participate in producing a renewable energy project - Contribute in decreasing the carbon foot print of KRG and IRAQ, which in return is a positive contribution to decrease Global Warming and enhance environment. Note: The project is in its early phases. -
